|Client Support Executive will assist our clients with issues regarding our services to end-users. He/she will ensure that the queries are passed on to the relevant teams and are resolved within deadlines so as to ensure seamless coordination between all stakeholders.|
|Pune (On-Site, Except for COVID restrictions)|
|Graduate / Post- Graduate in any discipline.|
Requirements and skills
- Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Soft spoken & good listening skill.
- Multitasking and time management.
- Data entry experience with typing speed of 40 wpm.
- Good knowledge of computer handling and MS office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, WORD).
